Tiarella cordifolia 'Brandywine' (foamflower)
foamflower (quart)
'Brandywine' is a cultivar of foamflower. The leaves are bright green and oak-leaf shaped. Grows to only about 1' high in shade to part shade. Tall white flowers emerge in April and May. Tiarellas like moist, organically rich soil. Good for woodland groundcovers, border fronts, and shaded gardens. 'Brandywine' has attractive bronze fall foliage and is noted as one of the more vigorous growers among the Tiarellas.
Foamflower is native to eastern North America. Attracts pollinators.
