'Lynnhaven Carpet' is a cultivar of fleabane daisy or Robin's plantain with large grey-green, pubescent foliage and a dense, mat-forming habit, which makes it a great groundcover. It thrives in a wide range of conditions. In early May, flower stalks give rise a foot above the foliage and open to white flowers with a yellow inner eye. Full shade to part sun. Deer resistant.
Fleabane daisy is widespread across much of the U.S. and Canada. It is commonly found in forests, roadsides, and the banks of bodies of water. Attracts predatory or parasitoid insects that prey upon pest insects.
