The practice of forest bathing encourages you to slow down, quiet your mind, and connect with nature. Awaken your senses and deepen your relationship with the natural world through sensory explorations that combine curiosity, connection, and community.
Join certified forest guide Shelli Smith to explore the new beginnings and fresh awakening of the spring season while catching glimpses of the Arboretum's earliest spring blooms. The walk will conclude with a tea ceremony.
