Yoga in the Woods – May 7

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices that originated in ancient India and aim to control and still the mind. Pairing yoga and nature is a winning combination—both have the power to revive and restore.

Join yoga instructor Suzann Zdnowski for gentle outdoor yoga to improve focus, balance, and overall health. As part of the experience, Suzann will lead discussions on native plants, nutrition, and emotional and physical states. Participants should bring their own yoga mats; yoga belts are optional.

Suzann is a YMCA instructor and holds certificates in pilates, yoga, swiss ball workouts, and spin. Advance registration is appreciated.
