Join Master Naturalist Lauren Giordano and her partner George Burroughs at their farm for a guided tour highlighting the sustainable and regenerative growing practices they follow for vegetables, flowers, and pastured chickens. Complete the visit with a walk through the meadow and create a handprinted tea towel inspired by your surroundings.
Please note that this tour will take place at a working farm with free range chickens and bee colonies. Please wear sturdy closed-toed shoes and be prepared to walk on variable terrain. A hat to protect you from the sun is also recommended. If you have accessibility needs, please inquire before registering to ensure we can accommodate. You will be required to sign a liability waiver before the tour begins.
**This and all Adkins Arboretum Stewardship programs count as continuing education for Master Gardeners and Maryland Master Naturalists.**
**Note: You will be asked upon checkout to create an account. This is optional and is not required to register.**
