Explore the Arboretum's ever-changing and inspiring woodlands, meadows, and wetlands, and paint en plein air wherever you like. Impressionist oil painter and Maryland Master Naturalist Diane DuBois Mullaly will be available to answer questions as she paints and will lead an optional critique at 3 p.m. under the Visitor's Center pergola. All mediums and skill levels are welcome.

Paint-outs are also offered on August 27 and September 24. The fee applies to each session. The Plein Air Paint-Out series is sponsored in part by the Caroline County Council of Arts.
