Join ecologist Sylvan Kaufman to learn about the Arboretum's invasive plants, how to distinguish them from local native plants, why they cause problems in the landscape, and what to do about them. Sylvan is co-author of Invasive Plants, Guide to Identification and the Impacts and Control of Common North American Species. The 3rd edition will be available for the class! Most of this class will be held outdoors (weather permitting), so please come prepared.
