Join botanical artist and educator Judy Thomas for a weekend class to expand your repertoire. We will explore the combination of colored pencil with ink, pastel, and watercolor. Judy will teach various lines and marks using a micron pen and enhancing these drawings with colored pencil.
The class will then explore the best way to use Pan Pastels™ and colored pencil in combination. Finally, Judy will share techniques for working with watercolor and watercolor pencils in mixed media work. We will draw from a wide variety of subjects, including succulents, flowers, leaves, fruits, vegetables, and roots.
