Saturday, April 3, 10 a.m.
Explore the Arboretum’s diverse plant communities on a guided walk led by an Arboretum docent naturalist. Explore the bottomland forest and upland paths, meander through majestic beech trees, traverse the native meadows, and follow the narrow Tuckahoe Creekside path. Meet docent Julianna Pax behind the Visitor’s Center.
The April walk will offer a rare chance to see trout lilies blooming along the South Tuckahoe Trail. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing. Advance registration is required. Participation limited to 8.
This walk is free, though donations are welcome.
